I do not know why the zombies don't attack each other. Raymond knew more about the zombies then anyone and even he was unable to explain some of their behavior.
I have never seen a zombie actually eat. But I have seen them bite. Raymond told me that was another thing he could not explain. He told me that he had two zombie rats in a cage at the laboratory. They were given both food and water but never ate nor drank. A normal rat would have died in a couple days without food or water. But Raymond told me that the two zombie-rats remained unchanged for over nine days.
No, the zombies do not talk as such. They do moan, growl and occasionally they make a sort of mumbling sound. While Raymond was a zombie I tried many times to get him to talk. But he never responded in any way that could be mistaken for communication.

They were both given food and water, but never ate nor drank. A normal rat would have died in a couple days without food or water. Instead it killed Raymond outright and caused his body to dissolve from the inside out.
