I sent the letter, containing the money, with USPS (United States Postal Service) as "standard delivery". I did not use UPS (United Parcel Service). When someone mails a letter as standard mail with USPS, they do not ask the recipient to sign for the letter. Instead they just place it into the mail slot or into the mail box. Ya are free to call the post office and ask them for your self if ya want. It would appear that the letter containing your money was delivered to the address ya gave to me. If the address is fake (like I discovered when I did a search for it) then the owner of the mail box probably kept the money. If the address is real (like ya are insisting that it is) then it would appear that Sandra (or someone else with access to
her mail box) has stolen the money or has lost the letter. The letter was never returned to me. My best guess is that Sandra gave ya a fake or wrong address and the money was taken by the person who lives or works at that address. If ya still have any questions, let me know.
