I have some very bad news. My son and I have examined both the drivers license and passport that Jerry Martins sent us. We are 100% certain that they are both forgeries. They are not real IDs and Jerry Martins is a liar. We suspect that he is not even a real banker. It would appear that Jerry Martins is a thief who is attempting to get his hands on the $10.5 million in funds! Please do not give Jerry Martins any more information and don't trust him with any of the funds; he is a thief and a liar!
Please call us back as soon as possible so that we can work out what to do next.

That is what Nicholas Adams told you!?!?! Well then forget him! I was a "serious businessman" for nearly 40 years! I don't need to be lectured about how to conduct my business by the likes of HIM! I'll make this as clear as possible... unless Nicholas Adams provides us with his driver's license - we will not trust him with any of our money! And we will not be sending him my ID without proof that he is not another impostor. If he is a thief like Jerry Martins was - then he could use my ID for all sorts of illegal things!
If YOU think you can trust Nicholas Adams without seeing proper ID - then YOU will need to provide FULL payment to him. My son and I will not pay a lawyer who is too busy to provide us with proper ID or a thief pretending to be a lawyer.

Are you telling me that it is not necessary for us to use a lawyer? Then why did you introduce us to him in the first place?
It is not a matter of trust - I can trust you with just $1,500. But I'm starting to have my doubts about your ability to plan this enterprise. Do we need a lawyer or not? I must ask that you provide me with a comprehensive plan of action. I know that our goal is to obtain, and share, David Furguson's $10.5 million in abandoned funds. Dear Breadman Furguson,
At no time had I implied that the services of an accredited lawyer is not necessary in course of this transaction.Rather what I said had been that since the lawyer said that not until you provide him with your own viable identity ,so as to enable him know whom you are, that he is not ready to provide further information concerning his own identity.
I therefore decided that instead of us continuing wasting our time on that issue, why not you to have thr trust in me and make available part of your own share of the required fee,so that I can provide the balance to enable us procure the necessary documents for the immediate remittance and conclusion of this matter.
You had more than twice asked for "a comprehensive plan of action". I know that I had explained and given you this information more than expected, and you keep asking for same over and over again. The comprehensive plan of action is for you to provide your own part of the required fee, while I strive to get the balance so that we can meet up with the statutory requirement for the transfer of the fund into your nominated bank account. Then when the fund gets into your account,we can then talk about how to share and invest it.
I await your compliance,and understanding.
Regards,
John Uwalaka.

Dear John Uwalaka,
Evidently you don't understand what a "comprehensive plan of action" is. What you wrote was...
"You to provide your own part of the required fee, while I strive to get the balance so that we can meet up with the statutory requirement for the transfer of the fund into your nominated bank account. Then when the fund gets into your account,we can then talk about how to share and invest it."
That is not a "comprehensive plan of action". That is merely a vague general statement. I comprehensive plan of action would read as follows:
Step 1 -
Step 2 -
Step 3 -
Step 4 -
ECT...
A comprehensive plan of action would also provide all details necessary for the plan's completion. That is what "comprehensive" means. How will I provide the fee? How will you strive? What is the statutory requirement? How will the funds get into my account? When will this all happen and where will these events take place? Etc... A good plan requires DETAIL!
Waiting for you to respond...
