We are really trying to make our place of worship here in Nigeria to look a little comfortable, We have rented a little hall and we are looking for support from believers all over the world to enable us buy enogh chairs, fix the doors and windows and most importantly to get a bus to enable us move out for evangelism. The HOC is willing to pay for up to half the building cost of your new church on the following 4 conditions:
1) You and your congregation must raise half the funds yourself.
2) The church must be green.
3) The church must have a functioning bell tower with a real bell in it.
4) The HOC must be kept informed of every aspect of planning, development and construction.
If you agree to these conditions, then please start the process by sending us details regarding the size, dimensions, accomodations, seating capacity, etc... of the new church. (Send this to us right away.)
Then we need you to collect 3 written itemised estimates from 3 different contractors and send them to us.
Each should contain:
- detailed summary of the work to be done;
- description of materials;
- the total contract price or how the price will be calculated.
- specific time lines and provisions that address what will happen if the contractor fails to meet the contractual deadlines.
- details regarding how much construction costs can be reasonably expected to run and why.
- contractor's license number from the department of Labor and Industry (or your country's equivalent)
- history details regarding the contractor such as how long and where they have been in business.
- business address other than a post office box.
- phone number where the contractor can be reached during normal business hours.
We will also need to know how you intend to collect your portion of the construction costs.

I am sorry for keeping you too waiting. We have been having a revival program in the University of Abuja and in the other hand sorting things out with the three builders that are to submit thier quotations. Please do bear with me and GOD bless you.
I already sent the three quotations to you but it is only one of them that have a certificate of registration of business to offer. I want you to sturdy the documents well and tell me how you would like us to continue with making the plan a reality. I have compared the plan of having a church in the city to the previuos one of having it build in the developing area were we already are, the difference is that the price of land in the city is honestly too much and I feel we can start right here, I strongly believe that God almighty will make good use of us here to reach so many people within and outside the country. but if you object this idea please let me know.
You should not be worried about giving contract out and the work is not correctly done. I will be all around to supervice the project myself. I hope that you are not forgetting the scriptural books you equally promissed to send for us. Please we are eager to start the Church building so that we can be comfortable with the work of GOD. I want you to please explain to me better about how the bell should look like that will be in the Church tower, anyway I promise to always keep you up dated with any development during the exercise.

2) Choose the builder and negotiate a contract. Be sure to get a written contract which has been signed and dated by both the builder/contractor and the architect/designer. A contract for new church construction should describe the project in detail and include a listing of all the parts to be included in the church. Remember to amend the contract if you make any changes to the project later on.

7) Ribbon-cutting ceremony. After the church has been completed - two members of our church would like to attend the ribbon-cutting and attend your first church service. At the ribbon-cutting we would also present you with a token gift from your church brothers in the United States.

Calvary greetings to you and the Holy Orc Church in the name of our most wonderful Lord Jesus Christ.
I have been trying to get back to you ever since I recieved your email, but I have not been opportuned to go to a cyber cafe to send any message. I understood all you explained in you mail, but we have been having problem with the community leaders over the land that we had alraedy bought and payed for, we were made to pay extra #250,000 to the community leaders, which they claimed to be community town planning fees. We have already settled the land issues and we have also paid for blocks and cement,but some of my congregations are not encouraging, I am yet expecting somebody to buy my house so as to enhance the God's work.
I shall be sending to you the contract agreement paper on monday and I hope to call you before monday, I will provide every necessary information you need to know. It is good to write to you once again. How are you and the members of the Holy Orc Church over there? I hope all is well with you all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We formally arrenged a day for the ground breaking ceremony, but on the fixed day the contractor could not join us so we could not have it done, so yesterday the contractor came back from Abuja and told me to lets get it done, I just thank God it was our prayer meeting's day. even though we were so few in the meeting we just have to do it to enable the work get started.
We have deposited some few money with the contractor but we need to pay the agreed amount before materials will be destributed to the site for work to commence immediately. We will be glad to know how The Holy Orc Church intend to send us part of the money.
We need to commence work so that by february the church building will be ready. We still hope to have some scriptural books from you.

I wish you and the Holy Orc Church a happy christmas and a prosperous new year in advance.
I quite understand that you still need some extra photograph of the empty space where the church building is to be built,I shall provide those as soon as possible but I do not understand what you mean by you cannot locate or find the location of the site in the map. It sound to me as if you are doubting our honesty. If you carefully study the map of Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State you will found out that every informations sent to you so far is 100 percent correct. I am working so much hard to making sure that the dream of having the Holy Orc Church build here in Nigeria becomes a dream come true. We cannot succeed if you fail to trust me.
We have already spend a whole lot of money in this project and we can't afford to end the journey half way, this is the reason we need you so much to enable us fulfill the will of God because we cannot afford the project on our own. I am almost doing everything only by myself because many of my members never believe that you will help us have your church build here in Nigeria, they are already blaming me of waisting our church's fund on a project they believe we cannot complete on our own, but the almighty Lord has always told me that you are not scam as most of them already believe . I strongly believe that the GOD I serve cannot fail because He never never fail. please promise me that you will not fail us. I am so sorry if I am sounding offencively, I should have been more happy if you can come down to Nigeria to see things yourself, then again on completion of the church building.
