So I am proud that I was able to trick him into calling as often, and for as long, as I did. This scammer had the bad habit of forgetting what his name was. Some times it was Bille Garang. Other times it was Bille Joe, Joseph Billson Garang, Joe Bille Garang and even Joe Brick.
