Reference to your mail, if you come to HK or not the certificate must be issued, to enable us proceed to USA and allowed to enter USA port entry, with out this certificate nothing can be done.
I have been a diplomat for many years and I know my duties more than you do. More so you does not have any diplomatic immunity that will warrant you to pick the package it must be deliver by me after we have presented the certificate because any valuable items such as treasure or artifact must be accompany with such certificate.

Type: Consolation Gift Scam
Plot: A woman, whom I have never meet before, claimed that she and I once had a "multi-million-dollar business proposal" which we never concluded. She wanted to compensate me for my efforts by sending me the sum of $900,000!
Commentary: The vast majority of 419ers are men. So this scam was unique in that the person whom I spoke on the phone with the most was a woman. She called herself "Diplomat Chong" and she was uncaricteristicly articulant for a 419er.
Highlights: Check out the May 20th recording where "grandpa" asks Diplomat Chong some very personal questions. Also the June 7th recording were I tell her that she is a "stupid bitch".
